80 Yoga posture are there to practice but mostly people practice 20 Yoga postures. To practice Yoga positions wear loose clothes. To practice Yoga position, you must have mat or do it on floor. Yoga poses cannot be done on bed. Some of Yoga pose are very difficult. You should have specific timings for Yoga posture. Regular time should be dedicated either on evenings or on mornings for your Yoga postures.

Yoga positions should be practiced at empty stomach. Yoga poses start with stretching positions. Powerful Yoga postures relax your breadth.

While performing Yoga pose, you should do it slowly. There are some Yoga position which are powerful to destroy stress. Whenever you do a Yoga posture, complete it. If you live the Yoga pose in middle way that can be harmful. Yoga postures have deep breathing exercises. If you apply a Yoga posture to one side you should apply the same Yoga posture to your other side. For example if you bend at right side you should also bend to the left side. When you start doing Yoga positions, you may feel it’s not comfortable. But once you are used to Yoga postures you will feel relaxing. Breathe slowly while doing Yoga positions. Workout for limited Yoga poses. Yoga positions will help you to resolve respiratory disorder. Yoga poses are helpful for sinusitis, bronchitis, asthma, and hay fever. Yoga pose should be done slowly and gracefully. Yoga position should be held at least for 20 seconds. Yoga position makes you relax. Yoga pose helps you to have good breathing habits. Yoga poses also help you to have good sitting posture. Many people have their back bended; they can have Yoga position to make their position straight. Yoga posture helps you to make your body posture straight. Yoga postures help you to resolve all your health related problems.
